1. All Waterloo High School Juniors, Seniors and guests are encouraged to attend WHS Post-Prom.
2. Juniors and Seniors do not need to attend prom to be eligible to attend Post-prom.
3. All those in attendance must complete a registration form in advance. They will be handed out during lunches several weeks prior to prom. The
form must have a parent/guardian signature for anyone under the age of 18. If you or your guest are 18 year of age, you may sign for yourself.
Guests in attendance must be under the age of 21.
4. A parent/guardian will be contacted to confirm the registration of all students and guests attending Post-prom. If a parent does not receive a
phone call from the Post-prom parent committee, we do not have their student registered.
5. No outside food or beverages will be allowed in this event. We provide all refreshments throughout the night.
6. Do not bring any valuable items with you. You will only be in the supervised areas of the building and will not be able to go to your lockers.
We will have a room for anything that is necessary, but we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
7. The doors will open at midnight and close at 1:00 am. If the student or guest is not in attendance at that time, we will contact the name on
the registration form to inform them the individual is a no-show.
8. Post-prom is over at 5:00 am. If a student chooses to leave early, we will allow this as long as we can reach the emergency contact. They will not
be permitted to come back to Post-prom. In order to win the big prizes, the WHS Juniors and Seniors must be in attendance until the end of the
evening.
9. All students must enter and exit through the main entrance of the high school and check-in with the parents at the door. We are responsbile for the
safety of the students and take it very seriously. If a student does not follow the rules, they will have consequences with the high school
administration.
10. T-shirts will be handed out to all students and guests who attended Post-prom the following week. If you do not attend, you will not receive a
t-shirt and will not receive a reimbursement. Tickets are $10.00 each and we spend these funds in advance. If we are notified prior to Post-prom
